Houston Event Planning is a premier event planning firm headquartered in Houston, Texas. Our teams of planners and operations crew are jacks-of-all-trades who can seamlessly work on social and corporate events. Our office is located in Signature Manor, 6968 Howell-Sugarland Rd Houston, TX 77083 where we are open Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm and on Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Houston Event Planning began in 2003 as a small firm in Southwest Houston with specializes in grand openings, casino parties, and wedding planning. We have expanded through the years. In 2007, Signature Manor was opened, and the team had to move to a new office. We could not only extend to a new space, but the team was capable of broadening their offerings, bringing their previous event planning experience to the venue to provide a full A-Z planning experience for wedding clients and corporate clients alike.

Houston Event Planning is headquartered in Houston, Texas but operates across the United States. The team is more than happy to travel outside of Texas to provide clients with a variety of event planning services, from attendee management to décor and event execution.

The Houston Event Planning team is continuously looking for new and trending décor, entertainment and unique event items to offer our clients. Signature Manor is one of the only venues in Houston to provide in-house certified decorators on staff and boasts both premium and exclusive décor for its clients. We are looking forward to adding an indispensable service to its already extensive offerings of florals and floral design. Our planners are usually busy throughout the year with a major project, whether it is a bride’s big day or a corporation’s major conference.

The year 2017 was significant for us as our entire team of planners and operations crew assisted United Airlines in a sneak preview event of the New C North terminal at IAH. We worked around-the-clock during the planning process, managing through emails and phone calls across multiple time zones and over holidays. The HEP team planned the layout and timeline for the event, coordinated with OTG for their foodservice or décor needs, ensured VIP’s were taken care of, secured entertainment and cutting-edge features (such as a 3D digitally-mapped cake resembling the terminal), and executed the event flawlessly. Our planning team specializes in being detail-oriented, communicative and hands-on with time-tested processes and procedures utilized in planning any event. Our operations team has a dizzying array of special skills, such as TABC licenses, ServSafe licenses. We are also IWED-certified decorators.

We offer a unique glimpse into the world of event planning as we are a small team. All our employees are expected to work together in a wide variety of capacities, allowing them to not only play to their strengths but also broaden their horizons to develop new skills and experiences.
